Our Regional Manager is not most fair minded person
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Our home office's timing of ruling out new programs,new systems,and upgrades...etc...isn't always thoughtfully planned out. Have assentives /bonuses for the whole management team not just Store Managers
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Although everyone is nice and pretty much easy to work with. Not all are willing to be proactive or want to really learn other departments of our store/business
