Communication and making sure booksellers finish their assigned tasks

as a part time worker i only get my hourly wage and employee discounts, no other benefits
What did you like most about the interview process?
i did not feel incredibly intimidated and i felt comfortable speaking to the managers who interviewed me
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
i think the management team care about the store and making everyone feel like an important part of the team
What are some of the best things about your team?
the opening meetings are very helpful and the managers do well at describing the sales and making sure everyone is aware of what is happening in the store that way
What makes you most happy at work?
doing what I love and having customers come up to me and ask for my own recommendations. there's a great satisfaction in giving someone a book i loved to read for themselves
