Overall it was a good place to go to feel productive and successful and I also got a good sense of accomplishment.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The responses were quick and I think that the questions were reasonable.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I just think that a lot of the executives on the leadership don't have any idea about what is going on at individual stores.
What makes you most happy at work?
The various different things that I can do and the ability that I have to dictate every interaction so that I can best help people.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is nice and does a good job filling in the gaps. They have good attitudes and even when things get hard they just work as hard as they need to to get the job done.
