Overall, this job is easier than other jobs I've had in the past, but some of the upper management doesn't spend enough time on the floor.

We are all very supportive of each other if it's been a busy day at the store.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Behind the barista counter, we all work together to ensure that our customers have a quick-paced and pleasant coffee buying experience.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They understand that the base- level employees understand how to do their job, therefore they give us an appropriate amount of space.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work as a barista here, selling Starbucks coffee, and it's a shame that we don't get paid nearly as much per hour as a real Starbucks employee does.
