The interviewer was very laid back and relaxed. Asked questions and seemed to care about my responses rather than what they wanted to hear.

They're real people with reasonable expectations. They don;t get mad or frustrated when you ask questions or don't understand something. They'd rather you ask questions and get it right the first time.
