Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Being conpensated more and to be told when duties are being done well.

They expect so much and I think they need to pay more for what they want. If they want quality people (which the people on the front line selling are the most important people in the company) then they should be willing to pay for that work

I feel like I have way too many responsibilities to be recieving the pay that I do. The keyholder role especially in a tier 4 store should be getting the same pay and benefits as a supervisor if they're doing the same thing or more.

Discount of 30% on regular priced items. Discount doesnt work. Not allowed to use coupons. Customers get better prices. Employees expected to purchase when sales are low.

The pay is below what other places around the mall pay, that would be ok because the perks are good, except the manager forgets about me and I hardly get any of them.

Getting paid a better amount and not watching associates come in three months later with higher pays than me and they are brand new associates. Yearly raises

Having the right leaders in certain positions

Hourly pay increase for full-time employees, this is our career and trying to live on 16 an hr with two kids is nearly impossible. The bonuses are nice but the odds of you getting them frequently are slim. It's not impossible but hard to obtain the goal you have to reach to bonus.

Being treated correctly . No bullying or talking about others infront of others. Being able to use the restroom without it being called "wasting the clock"

I would like to days necessary days off upon request. I wanted to take a vacation to see my mother during Christmas time but my manager refused because she said that is when semi-annual sale is. I had asked for this vacation four months prior, but still they refused

Up the wages for all.

I don't get enough hours to make a pay check and I only get 11hr

Being without work for up to 2 weeks at a time risks me losing my home and car, the dress code for jeans should be removed or allow for comfortable slacks, and when I call out sick my manager doesn't include my California sick leave hours even after 3 months of employment

If it inflated like other companies

if we got payed more and if we got more for gratis

Being discrimminated and judged and treated poorly by management team and keyholders

compensation is not competitive based on market research

I believe that my hourly wage should better reflect the amount of effort I put in to the store

Review from Sales Dept

being treated like a human with respect and dignity instead of being discriminated against

Review from Sales Dept

just being respected as a human , as a person, and not being targeted and attacked by white people in charge claiming they adhere to diversify and inclusion values when they clearly don't
