Training and looking at how they help employees know their job.

Not harassing people below them. And in front of customers
Learn the labour laws and regulations
Being conpensated more and to be told when duties are being done well.
They expect so much and I think they need to pay more for what they want. If they want quality people (which the people on the front line selling are the most important people in the company) then they should be willing to pay for that work
I feel like I have way too many responsibilities to be recieving the pay that I do. The keyholder role especially in a tier 4 store should be getting the same pay and benefits as a supervisor if they're doing the same thing or more.
Discount of 30% on regular priced items. Discount doesnt work. Not allowed to use coupons. Customers get better prices. Employees expected to purchase when sales are low.
The pay is below what other places around the mall pay, that would be ok because the perks are good, except the manager forgets about me and I hardly get any of them.
Have better associates that can sell.
Too many questions for teying to get answers
Needs to hire older associates that have little maturity

The golden rule would be perfect
Most of my coworkers are respectful, a few of the female workers are jealous or judgemental of me for some reason but that's the only concern I have.
Review from Sales Dept
Better trained managers that follow labour laws
The manager need to be replaced
Stop the drama, spread positivity
Review from Sales Dept
They need to value employees who are tenure. Thet arw very good to new employees. But agter many years they expect more from tenure employees
Actually train your staff maybe
Good managers and good work envirment. Treatiing others fairly
The group interviews are horrible due to the fact that i have anxiety and felt like i wasnt really wanted
having the assistant manager communicate with the manager before hiring someone she would not approve of i guess
Review from Sales Dept
Being more picky about the people hired
giving one on one interviews
Review from Sales Dept
Someone needs to check on the employees and not just go off what the store manager says.
Better trained managers that know the labour laws
Allowing workers to use the rest room expecially when working them under the weather or when they really need to use it instead of making them hold it calling it "wasting the clock"
More training and solicit more feedback from employees and customers.
Me personally I feel like my main issue was really with my manager and the management team. I sometimes get complaints with some difficult customers once in a while and I feel like my general manager doesn't try to be helpful when I'm in a situation.
