What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are strong in communicating vision
They are thoughtful of the employees that are working for them. Always being innovative and changing for the better.

Open Communication so that everyone is informed as to what our complete roles are in each area we work

What are some of the best things about your team?
We never had company meetings, some of my team was great to work woth hard working and some were lazy and didnt do anything and some would take from the store
They are very diverse and friendly
Working together to accomplish the goals
It's a mix group of people that make work easy.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They are very flexible when I need it
Working together to complete the tasks that need to be done.
Treating my co-workers as equally as I want someone to treat myself which makes it a positive environment while I am working there

And the interview process we were able to talk about my skill set and experience that I had already had in retail

It was not very steenuous

Speed up the process and different manager

Seeing people I know from my other employer.
I like interacting with the customers
