What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is hands down the best one I have ever worked with! Everyone here complements their strengths and weaknesses. We all have different personalities, but we meld together extremely well!

We see our leadership display our values. In specific, We Care FIRST and Fun on the daily which causes us to also display those values as well.

I enjoyed that the interviews did not feel like an interrigation. They were simple and fun, but also straightforward and inclusive.

What makes you most happy at work?
It's great to come into work knowing your part of an amazing team and know you're going to enjoy the day with them. Even though the work and days will sometimes melt together because of some of the repetitiveness of the job.

What makes me most happy at work is the fact that I am treated fairly and as a human being. I have had terrible past experiences at other jobs, but Becklar has already showed in such a short amount of time that they value their employees right at the beginning.
