Bed Bath & Beyond Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

401k match, health insurance, remote work

I think the best part of the competition package is the percentage off.

The benefits are pretty good.

Unique and new benefits like Headspace, employee assistance and parental leave

Part timers dont receive benefits

Dont have or need one

Everything, that we get is good

the only compensation that is not monetary is the associate discount

Review from Sales Dept

It helps my kids alot

Review from Sales Dept

The health benefits is the best part

Review from Sales Dept

They are not as good as the make it seem.

Review from Sales Dept

the401k plan and the paid sick days

Review from Sales Dept

The pension. This is something that most private company employers no longer offer.

As a part time employee there wasn't one

Review from Customer Support Dept

I like the discounts a lot

Review from Sales Dept

Good benefits, stock options for managers

Review from Sales Dept

Employee discount and the monthly incentives you can order

Review from Operations Dept

The options available after 5 years.

Review from Sales Dept

The benefits package is antiquated. I see they are trying to make it better though. They offer 2 weeks vacation for all new non-VP associates regardless of position vs four weeks in other companies.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

A higher pay especially for doing more things and much more respect from managers

Review from Sales Dept

I am paid under typical salary ranges for this job

MORE HOURS,MORE PAY & BENEFITS.

Review from Sales Dept

They pay me barely a dollar above minimum wage and there are literally zero benefits to speak of

$12 hour is not compensation

Review from Sales Dept

Pay is not competitive at all

Dont know what my benefits are

I been working there for over 5 years and I make the same pay as the new hires.

Part timers dont get any value and salary is minimal

No breaks. They put you on shifts that won't allow breaks

The stock had a ridiculous vesting plan over 7 years. There was no way to ever catch up. Benefits were okay but there were zero extras to make a person feel valued.

Constantly adding additional jobs with no additional compensation and no cost-of-living compensation

Yes. Toxic environment. Not following covid protocol. Young workers hired with no experience. Bosses just not qualified.

Too many job expectations for the pay.

Working 11-12 hour days is the norm. and there is no overtime. They need to adjust that.

my pay does not reflect the labor i work. i am severely underpaid and the people that are hired, quit shortly after. i work at a location in a plaza and we are the lowest paid employees in the plaza.

To be looked at on what I do for the company as me.

Managers talking better to employees and better wages

Review from Sales Dept

I was willing to work full-time but was told only managers were allowed so now i dont get benefits or even 30hrs a week while i need to afford to live off this job right now as well as many of my coworkers are the same

Minimum pay and maximum effort expected.
