everything. We work every holiday. pay is horrible so we are constantly understaffed

Need to listen to why employees are leaving. Turnover is too fast. The pay is too low and the raises are insufficient.

Toxic environment, everyone is out to get someone. Better leadership and appreciation for one, SOP's and better job descriptions, no order!

It seems more times than not, they just want a body in the door. And when people don't do their job properly , nothing is done about it and the rest of us have to fix the mistakes. Making more work on our end. It's a trickling effect across all departments.

There aren't enough hours anymore. Our customers feel it. I hear it every day from customers that we are turning into Walmart. We are losing our customers.

Managers need to manage. People should get paid more for the work they do. We need to train and properly equip the floor for the volume of customers we have because we are understaffed.

The corporate offices are trying to make the company into something its not and turning away from what draws people to the stores. They are making the company so generic and bland that there's no reason to even shop there

There has been a drastic cut in hours for part time employees. The employees at work are stressed and customers are not happy with the lack of employees available to assist them. Increase the number of employees in the store to improve customer satisfaction and decrease stress for the workers.
