I appreciate the CFO's expertise and dedication, even though they're juggling multiple roles. The team has potential for focus and innovation if priorities align better.

The manger is great, however when he is gone, the assistants belittle his employees.
Overall all employees understand and wokr well with each ither even the sub managers. As a while we know what to do and how to get things done as a lead. If anything hinders us its the main manager.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
401k match, health insurance, remote work
I think the best part of the competition package is the percentage off.
The benefits are pretty good.

Lots of talent, smart people, great ideas at the lower levels of the company
We underatand each other and have a mutal agreement we are not treated fairly. Mainly because of head manager but dotrict is not any better cause they don't understand what we're dealing with when they're never seeing the store physical.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Its physically comfortable with good air conditioning and my managers provide snacks and fun seasonal incentives for morale.

My boss cares about me as a person
I do like to help the college kids & parents get their dorm gear and help make suggestions. The products are for the most part, quality merchandise. I feel confident helping customers and making suggestions.
