It's a lot of work and I feel the team I am on is understaffed, and could be doing a much better job if it was structured properly.

We are very open with one another and there is always a willingness to listen, help, and learn

The work environment has a lot of head strong individuals which makes it challenging but helps with the betterment of ones own work
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
My team is not structured for growth and my manager and I are so overwhelmed with work I don't feel as though I have a mentor or clear career path
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like that their is a wellness reimbursement although I've worked for other companies that provided $500 and felt that was more realistic and fair than just the $300 - which doesn't even cover most gym memberships
