My Manager and Team Members are those who make it worthwhile for me to be here. We don't all see eye to eye and get along but it makes a huge difference in the success of this company and my daily life.

Care and Trust . Courage is lacking due to micro-manager who doesn't lead by example

There are weekly and monthly newsletters for NA which keeps us informed of how the business and employees are doing.

Transparency, monthly town halls although should be shortened to 1 hour, and keeping us informed of financial goals and where we currently stand

Competitive healthcare plan, 401k and unlimited paid time off (PTO) and early leave after 1pm during summers and 3pm for rest of the year
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Although I chose negative in the prior question, the people I work well with, have the same demeanor and attitude as me which is more positive.
