I have been here 2 months but what I know the culture is supportive. There were many hiccups with IT and onboarding but my manager helped work it out quickly.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I like the products and was able to leverage my relationships, but the workload with night programs and conference travel was not adequately covered in the interview process. This is more time away from my family than I intended to have with this job. Also the bonus compensation plan should change

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The medical representatives should be bonuses more heavily on Sales growth rather than recommendation shares.

I am alone in the field, but my dermatology offices are the best part of my job. Everyday is a joy to help their patients.
