So far has been very good and stable compared to previous roles at other companies, as well as a much better work/life balance thanks to the remote work ability. Far less stressing than past jobs as well as collaborative environment among most of the teams.

Be more transparent on strategy, be the standard of our core values through actions (not just words), and be more collaborative

I'm able to speak my mind without fear of retaliation, though I don't see any progress in areas that have been highlighted multiple times

My base salary along with the bonus structure is very competitive with other previous jobs and reflects my experience and the results I've been able to deliver.

Being able to have time to focus on areas and tasks I need to do without having to worry about commuting time or too many "drive-by" questions in a typical office environment.

Being able to focus on my tasks as well as reach out when needed to other team members, as well as being able to have them reach out to me through remote means
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've contributed more than any team member in the last 2 years, and haven't seen a raise or promotion, despite meeting the requirements and showing ability to perform at a higher/strategic level; I want to get to the level I'm operating at (Senior or above) and be compensated accordingly
