We are our own little family. Everyone genuinely cares about each other and helps out where they can if needed.

I love to see our products on the shelves in the store. Seeing the end product makes the hard days worth it. It gives me a sense of accomplishment.

I think the like-as pension program is incredible - impossible to find elsewhere. The unlimited vacation time is also something that separates Beiersdorf from other companies. I also really appreciate the 401k match - not every company does that.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The team culture. I know everyone talks about company culture and that is important, but the I think it is more important to have a good strong team culture. If you are out, the team is your back up, not the company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It is incredible how open and easy to talk to our leadership team is. We had partners from our Mexico facility visiting in October and Mauricio took the time to stop by and meet them. This never would have happened in my previous companies. They truly care about the people who work here.
