Align salaries to market rate. Fix root causes of unsustainable workload - lack of resources, poor communication and processes.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

To be paid the market rate, which can be easily accessed through Glassdoor and recruiters. Additionally, reduce large variances in salary for employees doing the same job.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

- better and clearer communication - ensure a manageable workload and prevent burnouts - retention of talent, BDF is becoming less competitive & attractive in the US labor market

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

- BDF does not adjust salaries in line with the market, which are easily visible through Recruiters, Glassdoor, etc. - Proactively adjust salaries if there are large gaps between 2 employees doing the exact same job. -Provide more transparency
