The work ethic of most of the employees and our SSM Managers ability to motivate and develop us as a team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Beiersdorf has a strong commitment to both Financial growth for the company and personal growth for the employee. Upper management is stellar, however local management does not have the same values

The teams talent and desire to be successful personally and professionally growing the business. The sad part is the moral of the team is extremely low because of the local management.

The culture at Beiersdorf as well as the executive management team is extremely motivating. This synergy makes you want to do the very best that you can for the company
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The vacation policy is fantastic. However the local manager hates to give vacation time to her team. She makes you feel VERY uncomfortable asking for time off. She even states she hasn?
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our pay raises I feel fall short if the industry standard. Additionally as a long term employee I feel there should be a larger gap between what a seasoned employee and would a new employee earns.
