Corporate employees seem to have better perks than the outside derma sales team. Would be a better culture if we were all in sync

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The Derma Medical team does not receive the same company benefits/perks as the corporate staff. Example: Summer Friday hours to not get awarded to the medical derma sales team. A company benefit/perk should be extended to all BDF employees. Most offices close early or are not open on Fridays,
