Try to keep up with inflation. Quarterly bonus up to average in the industry

Salary increase, stock options etc. Economy has hit my emergency fund in a bad way

Very transparent. Listen to my ideas to improve sales. They make me feel like family at Beiersdorf.

We help each other as a team. We interact by text or phone daily. I love my job, and our team. They too treat me as family.

Helping patients with their skin care needs. Arming the physician with the science of our products to help their patients with the best product for great outcomes.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They treat me like family. Great upper management team. They are always trying to improve their game ! Main reason why I have turned down interviews with other companies.
