A good place to work. I think they should listen more to what we say out in the field. Our feedback is very important because we are the ones that see things on a daily basis.

This job is very demanding away from home and family. A better pay scale.

The insurance is pricey for what you get. The salary is low compared to what we do and the responsibility that we have. We are the backbone for the company.
