Beiersdforf is by far one of the best CPG's I've ever worked for, I'm very happy here. The diversity, the supply challenges and the collaborations are what makes Beiersdorf an awesome company. You can feel the authenticity from the leadership team and the passion. Beiersdorf is the best!

It's good to have a leadership team that's authentic and transparent.

All of it, however, I think we can improve the insurance part of the compensation.

We operate as one team. The communication is great but there's always room for improvements.

my bonus is the best part of my compensation. Our health care can use some help.

To me the most positive about the culture is that we're all different and we respect one another which is great to have in the workplace.

What I like the best is the honesty and transparency...it's unmatched! I've had the pleasure of working for other CPG's, this is by far the best company i've ever worked for. I'm very pleased and happy.
