Having been here for 13 years now, I've seen a lot of changes, and most of them have been for the better, and I've seen the company grow and evolve into an employee centric organization that truly puts it's people first and has created an amazing catalog of brands that I am proud to be a part of.

Having been with the company for 14 years now, I'd say it is a great fit for me, and I've had a lot of opportunity to learn new skills and work across multiple departments, so if you have the drive and curiosity, you can go far at BDF.
