Overall slightly positive. The benefits are great. However, opportunity to advance and grow professionally are presented to only certain teams. Some teams, such as Analytical Development, are neglected.

Interacting with my coworkers and catching up on work.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The bonus and incentives paid unfairly compared to industry standards.

Analytical department gets the short end of the stick at every turn from getting the least increments and bonuses to not having any type of recognition or appreciation at any meetings. Most projects were brought inhouse for cost cutting but we don't have proper resources to tackle the workload.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Value employee's time and appreciate the work being done. As a company they need tobget better at giving better increments for the employee because at the end of the day, thats tbe best motivation and incentive for the employee to fe values and continue to put in the hard work.
