My experience overall has been very good. I have learned a lot and I work with a great group of people. The job is never boring and I am always learning something new. Working with the general public you are always going to get a question that you never heard before.

My experience has been very good. The leadership team listens to concerns and the effort to make any changes is shown. That is really appreciated.

We are always working together as a team and we genuinely care about each other.

I have always been a people person, so being able to assist our consumers is rewarding.

We have worked together for a long time and we all still get along very well. They have become my friends as well as my co-workers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My department works at home, so I am not in the office much. When I am there, I do enjoy having the focus room and the office is very nice.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like that we still have Cigna after many years. The 401k plan is good and the having a pension plan is wonderful, since many companies do not anymore. I also enjoy being recognized for 25 years of dedication is very important.
