Overall, I have very good experience at this company. But I really think the leadership team should take more seriously about the workload distribution because some teams are very overwhelmed and lack of resources.

With the amount of workload and limited of resources available, sometimes I really feel exhausted to go to work.

We have a small team, and we communicate very well with each other. We offer each other support and focus on goals together as well.

I believe our team is handling very positively about the amount of workload and accomplishing all of the goals in a timely manner. Also, our company provides us a very trusting and respectful environment so that we feel very comfortable to express ourselves.
