I like how diverse my team is with cultures, work backgrounds, educational backgrounds it provides a more robust work expertise and successful project accomplishments for the team as a whole.
What makes you most happy at work?
Managing on clinical trials and study claims for new products for the public as well as, being able to work with other people globally and learning about different cultures and products sold in different regions. Learning about the different functions in R&D that work together to launch our brands.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
One of the most positive things about the BDF work culture is the groups for individuals with diverse lifestyles such as groups for working mothers, women in leadership roles, LGBTQIA+, and mental health group. This really aligns with my moral compass and make BDF a healthy and safe place to work~!
