The brands in our portfolio are great with good opportunity - My biggest issue with the company is that work/life balance is not attainable. Everyone's plate is overloaded and trying to keep up with fast pace environment is impossible to get everything done within working hours. Everyone works late

Good communication. Manager is strong.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We're overworked because teams are too lean and company does not grant requests for headcount. Because teams aren't growing, promotions never happen even when they're deserved.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people are good - everyone is just overworked so morale is low and culture feels like "hustle culture" where everyone is expected to work beyond hours.
