Everyone is friendly and there is a sense of trust that we'll all get done what we need to in order to succeed but allows for flexibility

They truly care about the well-being of the employees and their families. Work-Life balance has been especially difficult during the pandemic but upper management is has been flexible and allowing us to do what we need to in order to be productive but also healthy.
