So far so good. People are nice and the company are very well structured. Communication between different teams/departments are present.

My team are very open, and always happy to help and work collaboratively. The support system has been good.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love that BDF celebrates different social event from different culture. BDF also shares what the company do to helps if there's any global calamity issue (example - recent earthquake in Turkey/Syria).
