Bonus (STI) pay is substantial even for entry level.

PTO hours are generous even after only being employed for a short few years. They however do expire and it is use it or lose it.

Transparency of how pay is determined

Had great benefits with 401k and PTOs. Best Buy cares about me and my family a lot!
I have a good amount of PTO, and I can purchase more.
Salary plus commission for consultant positions. Rewards for doing well without penalties for not meeting goals.
Affordable health care for employees
We get a lot of PTO starting out and don't need to accrue it, it is fully available from the first day. Pay is good, especially for a fresh grad.
There are so many benefits when I started I was handed a 25 page book and they've added more since.
Bonus, its the big bonus'
180 hours of PTO is nice
Review from Marketing Dept
Everything about it is the best
It is easily negotiable with higher ups
Knowing that we are took care of.
Pay, PTO, and Healthcare d
For exempt employees, an advantageous cash bonus structure but it's only paid out once per year and no longer has individualized incentives
The time off, pay rate, and PTO are really the selling point for me. Its just better than everything else locally that ive worked at.
Annual bonus and commission environment
Overall my expenses exceed my income.
Getting paid for my level of experience and my results. Having insurance plans that arent insanely expensive per paycheck with premiums too expensive to use. Not being hired for my technical knowledge and then forcing me to sell while im in someones home to setup things theyve already purchased.
Took away commissions now just base salary

Im part time so i dont really rhink i get many beneifrs yet
Sometimes, it would be nice if there was a bonus based on performance or maybe some commission
First off you should be able to cash out your pto. You earned it. Second you should be able to use pto at anytime. Not this we choose for you. This lead to people calling in sick because they didnt get there pto.
Feels like every other position in the store gets some kind of praise/gratitude
More staff & more pay
Higher rate of hourly wage; both permanently and at this moment (summer of 2022) a cost of living increase to match the cost of gasoline used to commute.

Unionization would be absolutely ideal
One: Best Buy medical insurence is a joke. Little to no coverage, but, hugh cost to employee. Two: Upping everyone to $15 an hour is great when done correctly. However, thisnwas done to fulfill some progressive public image. The pay tiers havent been redone, and regular employees can't get raises
Yes I surely do feel not valued
an increase no longer capping the raises at 2% and only one a year
The job is based on how well you sell but it is impossible to get a raise even if you are #1 in your store they expect you to do everything without any benfits
Review from Sales Dept
A raise more in line with the experience/skills I possess
Hourly managers quite often have even more significant workloads but no possibility of salary
Supervisors have had specialty titles stripped and are now generic retail supervisors. Workload has doubled during pandemic, but pay has not increased. They have raises to part timers but not upervisors with more skill and tenure.
That they would have better compensattions for part times, because we wotk just as hard
I am currently in a Hourly Area Supervisor position and I do not see very much of a difference in what I am doing to an Area Manager. At least not enough to equate to the difference in pay.
Review from Operations Dept
I am in a specialty position that I had to take extra classes for and I get paid as much as a cashier
