What's the vibe like in the IT dept at Best Buy? How many hours are you working?
I'm working 9-10 and the vibe is horrible. Agents have a hard time relying on each other and we're always getting more work dumped on us with out others in the store setting proper client expectations.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation at Best Buy?
After 16 Years with the company I've had 3 pay adjustments. 2 due to company conditions, or job position restructuring. 1 position change.

Under the current leadership, it's getting better. They have gone from THE place to work for benefits and opportunity to industry average.
