The communication is outstanding and better than any other job I have worked for. Mine you again my experience is unique in many ways.
The company team chat can be cool but they are very cliquey and tens to discriminate against people of color. Management also let very disrespectful things happen and be said in chats.
Blackboard assists everyone regardless of race, religion or gender and we do so with a smile on our face.
They act like real people and not like robots or emotionless drones.
