My experience is unique compared to other but it has been a fulfilling one, my biggest complaint especially compared to what I do is that the pay is extremely lacking.

They act like real people and not like robots or emotionless drones.

AMAZING, they are like talking to good friends but get the job done when asked.

It was in a way both casual but profesional at the same time which helped me be at ease.
What makes you most happy at work?
Good communication, great work flow, the work makes me feel like I am making a positive difference both internally and externally.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The communication is outstanding and better than any other job I have worked for. Mine you again my experience is unique in many ways.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that my specific position qualifies for atleast 10$ more /hour. The low pay is my only true complaint but it is a detrimental one financially.
