Lack of flexibility and tons of red tape, in part due to heavy regulation but mostly due to senior leadership not being open to new things, in spite of lip service to building an innovative culture. • For me, it just become lower given that certain employees are now being forced to sign (yearly we are told) to pledge that we will maintain a 30 day period prior to leaving. If we do not sign off on this, we will forego our (small) yearly bonus. Certain levels of employees must agree to a 60 or 90 day period. This is quite tough when many other benefits are being cut back and in this case, asking you to choose. Of course we have to agree so that we get our bonus.
