Really what makes me most happy is seeing the satisfaction of the customers who received a food and they're happy about it and they leave with the smile and that makes me happy that's why I chose this type of career

Fair wages and treatment for all employees
They need a better hr team and mangers to make it better, till then its the worst company to work for.
Manager and pay if u need people to do more then pay them
Again pay people for the job
Cleaning out the whole restaurant and starting over with new management and employees
Corporate needs to come in and restructure the entire location including the GM

MANAGEMENT is unfair and the area manager is NOT fixing it. Workplace moral is extremely negative & low
Management is terrible and managers are biased. Not a good leadership role being portrayed.
Upper management continues to lie and decive there employees
Employees are not trained properly and then are reprimanded because of it
Bad management. Treat employees like they do not matter. Lie a lot. Bad food safety. Serve old and stale food
GM is a terrible leader. He wrongfully terminates employees. He has people come to work knowing they are sick. Almost all the crew has caught covid due to someone being sick at work with no mask spreading the virus. He smokes cigarettes in the back of the store.
The whole store needs to be improved. New managers, shift leaders and crew members

Poor communication, poor management, and harsh judging. I believe if we had new management it would be better.
Manager needs to be retrained and supervised
The management needs to improve the store needs to be cleaner and the need to tear the employees as if they are worth something
