The upper GM and AGM need to work in the shift leaders to work as a team and I have been there for four yrs and the management is the worst that's been there yet. You have managers that can't make biscuits ,refuses to do drive thru or front counter.its deplorable

Employees and managers need to work together not at each other heads.

The managers use All the employees to throw under the bus

Am fine with pay it's not enough hours for me to come to work it were at first but now

The whole place needs to be retrained no one gets trained properly they get treated poorly

Work as a team do their part make sure food is up and out and to make sure things is stock teamwork is DreamWorks oh yeah good customer service

We dont even have meetings anymore

The company needs to pay employees livable wages that are fair to the market value, if not experience level

MANGERS they need a whole new mangment team..espically ones that dont date other higher up mangers to get a postion to treat people like crap.

Better management on details to prevent over hire and wasted time management

Make the interviews harder and the criteria more extreme

Connect with people and learn to ask more open ended questions.

The manager needs to staff properly when she interviews ,waited 1.5 hrs past my interview time

Was lied to from the 1st day from what store I was going to all the way up to the Hours and pretty much everything in-between
