There is only teamwork with half of the staff. There is no communication.

It's an uncomfortable environment. They need to fire or force my manager to retire/quit.

They care nothing about their employees and would rather get their discount card sales and magazine sign ups than pay their employees fairly
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There is no communication and if there is any, it's all negative. Threats are made against us and I don't feel that is a safe environment.
