I like the pay-for-performance component, where I can make more based on doing my job well and effectively. It's motivating and we have fun with our goals.

The team is very engaged and wants to help improve the department as well as company overall. We have fun and are passionate about what we do.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The team gives me the freedom to do my job and any support needed to ask questions or assist with roadblocks I am encountering. They listen and want to improve.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a lot of care shown for associates, and I have seen a lot of people developed to grow a career at the organization. Individuality and personal expression is supported and appreciated, so I feel comfortable being myself.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I felt the process was very thorough, and my would-be supervisor also took the time to ask me my opinion and perspective, working through any concerns that I raised. This showed me how my work environment would be once I joined the company.
