Team members collaborate, work well together, play for each other, and respect each other within their teams/contexts.
It used to be that personal performance (merit increase) and company performance (yearly bonus) were separate. No longer the case as personal performance now also ties to yearly bonus.
Lack of focused efforts; everything is a priority so nothing is a priority. Better communication from leadership; this feedback has been provided continuously and it has not gotten better. Orgs/functions work well together and collaborate, but often have 1 or 2 team members that cause friction.
