They may not be close friends, as the previous question asked. However, they could be if we were all in the same location. They are definitely friends.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Honestly it is not the best, but it is adequate. I do think there are likely benefits that I am unaware of as they are not communicated out well. You have to ask to know.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The way they provide guidance but not directives, as long as you are working toward the company goals. I tell all people I interview that you are given the autonomy to do what you think is best with guidance, from leadership. Our leadership is one of best assets.
