People are nice and helpful. I don't remember meeting any toxic people like I have at other companies

Everyone approaches their job their own unique way which fits with their style so we get to learn from each other while retaining our autonomy.
What makes you most happy at work?
the variety of things I get to do and people I get to interact with as well as the autonomy to do my job the way I best sit fit without being micromanaged
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Based on the amount of time I have been at the company I would have expected to have been promoted or given opportunities to grow and expand my responsibilities in the company and lead.
