Overall the people are amazing is that is what makes the company worth working at. It needs work on training as a personal experience I was never trained correctly and communication needs help. I feel lost most of the time and just keep my head down to do my job.

Numbers are not achievable. Lowering the goal number or changing the territories would better the chance at hitting goal.
What makes you most happy at work?
stress on not hitting a number that I don't believe is achievable. Feeling stuck and not in the position I want to be in.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Most of my team I work great with. One person does not help support events, drive the same business or communicates what she/he are doing that effects my territory.
