Everyone looks out for each other. I have dozens of close friends here.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Total value is nice, excellent insurance and other benefits. Corp holidays (Juneteenth for example)
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The focus on improving internal processes, and investing in the tools and talent in order to make everyone more productive.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We just had an in person team meeting, and by the end I had two newly hire reps say "wow this team is awesome, I'm never leaving this company"
