Great! I have been with Boomi for several years due to the culture, appeal of the day-to-day, and avid opportunity for horizontal and vertical career opportunities. Only downside is that I have run out of more friends to bring here because the majority already work here :)
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Provide a clear vision/roadmap, and also white glove growth and day-to-day assistance for their team members

Collaboration across the board. As a general rule, our orgs, though silo'd in function, communicate and collaborate readily
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Has historically been competitive, and there have always been ways to grow through promotion or in-roll raises Work/Life balance with company days off and PTO is top of the list
What are some of the best things about your team?
We compliment and supplement each other's strengths and opportunities for growth. My team is motley in terms of background - technical and otherwise - as well as time in industry, and specialties. We do very well at sharing the tribal knowledge we hold, and collaborate whenever we can assist
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It has always been a friendly and collaborative environment. The industry we are in tends to degrade from a culture perspective with growth, and I haven't seen any of that, perhaps the opposite, at my time here. I have 10+ friends who have joined and stayed over the years as a testament to that
