Prior to Boomi I worked for a large software company. The work was ok but the culture was just not what i was looking for. Boomi was a life changer for me on day one. I heard about the culture and how fun and challenging it was but nothing prepared me for how much I would love it.

I love my team at Boomi. We play for each other! The teamwork, collaboration and get it done attitude here is exceptional.

I really enjoy the attention given to the needs of the organization as a whole. You feel as though the leadership values you as a person.

I feel that I am very competitively compensated. I also believe I can achieve my bonus with very clear expectations and my equity package is exceptional.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is never a dull moment! We have a lot of customers, a lot of people excited about our technology and it is fun to come to work again.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people, the culture, and the job are fantastic, but the problems we solve for our customers motivate me the most. I love working with our customers as they leverage Boomi to solve real-world problems! I feel like I am part of the story they are delivering.
