Since being hired at Boomi, March, 2019... I've had nothing but great experiences and have been honored to be able to contribute to our growth. We had 8,000 customers when I hired in, we now have 20k+! There has only been positivity and a 'lets-get-it-done' attitude since I've been here.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are bringing new ideas and new methodologies to the Boomi organization.
What makes you most happy at work?
Autonomy, flexibility, creativity and being able to present new and creative ways to get things done.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
As an AE, the more I sell, the more I make... I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel as I look at retirement in about 10-years or so. Love this company!!! Gives me hope and excitement towards my future!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone makes time for anyone... if you need help, help is there. They do not make you feel bad for reaching out for assistance. I needed help when I started 3.5 years ago... now it's my pleasure to help the new folks being added to this new, Boomi organization.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Number 1: People are allowed and abled to be who and what they are. Number 2: We can work from anywhere and do our jobs. I closed 5 deals in May, 2022 while visiting with my mid-80 year old parents in SC. I am based in MI. Such a huge blessing tp be able to do this and work like this!!!
