I have been fortunate to have joined Boomi several years ago. I have seen this company grow rapidly, but it always seems to keep it start-up "mentality". The culture is really amazing. The people are great to work with, and from a technology perspective -- we are an industry leader.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The Boomi team is quite accessible, and they are team focused. We reach out to one another for help/assistance and we all respond.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think the overall comp is quite good. It is very clearly articulated, and I know that leadership is actually driven to make sure our compensation is in line (and exceeds) industry standards.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy selling the Boomi Platform. I believe it is industry leading. Additionally, I enjoy really solving business problems for our customers. Last, when I make a sale -- I am well compensated.....overall it is quite rewarding.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I would have to say Boomi is truly forward thinking - the one word which comes to mind is: Inclusive. We really strive to be a good, ethical company --- and look for the best people to join us on our journey!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The new management team seem motivated to get Boomi to become a $1B organization. They communicate very well, and seem for the most part to be accessible. However, since they are all new (senior leadership) the proof will in the execution. They need to execute and help make Boomi a well-known comp.
