My overall experience has been an 11 on a scale of 1-10. I wouldn't change a thing about my days at Boomi, my responsibilities and the motivation I have each day to do my best work as a result of the very evident thought that Boomi as a company puts into me as an individual. I love it here!

the environment - hard to accomplish a positive remote work environment but they sure do! My team and y leader rocks!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It would be hard to narrow down. It's clear that Boomi treats employees with respect and sincere thoughtfulness in almost every single decision that is made regarding the well being of their employees.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
She trusts our professional judgement, open to and considers all thoughts and opinions and most importantly, supports the team as individuals not just as employees which motivates me to want to continue to work hard and give my best work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Thus far, everyone on my team truly seems to care about each other and providing support to uplift everyone in every way that they can. Other teams within Boomi that I have interacted with appear to treat each other with the same respect and sincerity!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Every coworker that I have interacted with is positive and uplifting. The exec team are amazing examples to follow. They are motivating, transparent, individuals of their word, and have shown thru their actions and decisions that they truly care about Boomi and the future of their employees like me.
